  • Do you deliver on Weekends/Public Holidays?
    Yes, we deliver from 2pm - 8pm daily, including Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Flowersintheeast deliver Islandwide?
    Yes, we deliver islandwide within Singapore. However, We are unable to deliver to the following locations: Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Sentosa and Changi Airport. Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily not able to deliver to hospitals. Let us know if you need any special arrangement, we will see how best to accomodate. Yes, we are that flexible~ Its always a pretty deal!
  • Can i have a non standard delivery timing?
    Yes, subject to availability of drivers with a delivery fee of S$25.00 (Between 8am-10pm)
  • Can i personalised my flower bouquet?
    Yes! You can drop us an instagram DM @flowersintheeast or whatsapp us with a brief description of any of the following: 1. budget 2. color palette 3. size 4. selection of flowers
  • Can i make changes to my order?
    Yes! For any alterations to your order, please drop us a DM at our instagram @flowersintheeast with your order number as the subject header. Requests must be made at least one day before the delivery date. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared and/or in transit. For Valentine's Day orders, we are unable to make any alterations to your order.
  • How many days should i place my order?
    Please order 1 day in advance. If order comes in after 3pm, it will be considered as next day's order.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Refund Policy: Full Refund: for cancellations made 3 days in advance (with reference to delivery date) however, a 10% or $10 admin fee (whichever is higher) must still be paid to cover the refunding costs. 50% Refunds: for cancellations made 2 day in advance (with reference to delivery date) 0% Refund: for cancellation made actual day or 1 day in advance (with reference to delivery date) Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at Flowersintheeast own descretion. Flowersintheeast reserves full rights to decline a refund request.
